(being) Strangers represents a clear anti-racist statement and features the stories of Italian immigrants in Berlin, Lausanne and Milano. People who emigrate for different motivations and at different times. We tried to trigger an identification mechanism into viewers who still reluctantly accept people coming in Italy from other countries. Italians were and still are a populations of migrants; to us the word foreigner or stranger is only a mere overstructure and it is very easy to become one, just like cross a border. 		Italiano
Stranieri (si diventa) è un video documentario antirazzista che raccoglie interviste riprese a Berlino, Losanna e Milano ad emigranti diversi per età e motivazioni. L'obiettivo che ci siamo prefissi realizzando questo documentario è quello di far scattare un meccanismo di identificazione negli spettatori che ancora si pongono dubbi nell'accettare o meno persone che da altri Paesi si spostano scegliendo l'Italia come posto in cui vivere mostrando come gli Italiani furono e sono un popolo di migranti e chiarendo che straniero non è che una sovrastruttura e diventarlo è semplice, basta varcare un confine.
